My only advice wold be that Hiruma's skin is a tad more tan than I would expect it to be, especially under florescent lights like you have there.

I really like his pose and the way he glares right into us ... I do feel that the iris of his left eye is a bit too upward, but it's still very effective! Nice job .. He almost looks like he acts like an animal... hehe
